Andre Fullerton, a former college football player, brings his passion for youth and community to the forefront in his work spanning over 30 years to the Scarborough Flag Football League. Working with organizations such as Tropicana, TCHC, TCDSB, and TDSB, Andre has demonstrated a deep commitment to uplifting the community. As the Founder of Footstep 2 Success Community Services (www.footsteps2success.ca), Andre’s expertise in the game of football serves as a catalyst for positive change, empowering youth and fostering community growth.
